The processes we use have been designed to offer a level of flexibility for each unique design and client need resulting in realizing the dream.

Because of this approach to business, our clients enjoy the experience and come back time and again.

We begin with an initial phone consultation to assess your needs and our schedule. This provides us with the opportunity for mutual learning.

This is followed with an in home presentation and consultation. As we begin to work together, the following services may apply:

Planning

Discuss overall plan for furniture, fabrics, pillows, wall treatments, accessories, rugs, lighting, and art as needed. Provide concept boards and power point presentations to convey our ideas to you.

Designing

Create interior design which may include structural changes including electrical and light positioning, window and wall enhancements, and any other remodeling necessary.

Create a furniture plan incorporating existing furniture you specify.

Provide seamless integration of new with existing structural elements like backsplash and hardware options for kitchen.

Present working drawings and furniture plans. We can provide you with a computer generated design mockup (click for larger picture)

Meet to select furniture plans and finishes from concept packages. Selections will be made from catalogs and showrooms.

Present options for the following elements to be selected: furniture and built-in options, lighting, creative installations, wall finishes, and space planning. This may include additional items such as accessories, window treatments, rugs and specialty painting.

Implementation

Transform your space expertly according to plan by experienced time served contractors.

Provide furniture and Accessory packages to include wall treatments, lighting, furniture, drapery, and accessories.

Receive all installations on site by designer or project manager.

Fee Structure

Accountability and flexibility is important to us.

All project work is billed by the hour. This helps you manage your budget and know exactly what you are paying for on the project.

All of our invoicing is itemized to provide accurate project auditing for you and Sara Arndt Interior Design.

We strive to provide you the best possible price on furniture, lighting and accessories is always our focus.

If you select items to be purchased by us because of convenience or product accessibility, then we work to provide you designer’s costs, never invoicing you above what you could buy the product for yourself.

When remodel work is required to provide you the best possible design, then we recommend contractors to help you achieve that design.
