Spanish Hacienda at Belmont Shores

 Taking the theme of Spanish Haciendia I remodelled the interior and made custom finishes.

Italian Villa at Belmont Shores

This project’s designer challenge was creating an Italian Villa from a contemporary track home in a gated community.

I incorporated arches and softened lines to create roundness. I then added some dark wood and wrought iron to create the warmth that the project required.

My faux finisher came in to create a plaster-like paint finish on all of the walls. This warmed the space further.

The staircase wrought iron design included removing the existing drywall staircase and installing a custom, open staircase I designed. My wrought iron artist definitely rose to the challenge. Beautiful!
